? - Feb 12, 2012 I own two vehicles, one Ford, one Jeep, and service both at Nelson Ford. Great service and great staff! I would not service my vehicles anywhere else in town.
? - Jan 26, 2012 I have to tell you that every time I have gone to Nelson Auto Center, it has always been a very good experience! Whether it was service, an oil change or to have an Astro Start put in my vehicles, I have always encountered friendly, enthusiastic employees. They are very understanding and want to serve YOU the best way possible. It reminds me of car dealers from when my dad used to take his car to the dealer. That is a very good thing! ? - Jan 4, 2012 Great service and prices: Not very often am I surprised in today's world. But this last week, Nelson hit the mark twice). First on purchasing a set of 4 tires for our Pacifica. I did shop around for better prices, and still Nelson was about $20 less. Nelson, does all the maintenance on this vehicle and I had them put the tires on. After getting the tires on they informed me of the $100 rebate, I thought it was part of the price they gave, but it was not, I was very pleased. The second time was a day later, I had an issue with the front end of my Buick (this is on Saturday) and asked if they could take a look at it, I just wanted a quote). They got me in, and found that the issue was a wheel bearing, they give me options on 2 different ones and the cost of labor. I decided to have them to do the work. The final price was 30% less.
