Purchased this vehicle almost one year ago and it has for the most part been a very good buy. The vehicle has performed well and gets good gas mileage averaging 23.5 MPG. My only beef so far has been the infotainment center. I was never able to fully use it except make calls and receive text messages. The radio system worked but the mapping etc. never worked because I couldn't get my phone to pair up with the system as it is supposed to do. I finally after three 130 mile round trips to the dealer got it somewhat working by purchasing a heavier power cord from Walmart. The system had been completely replaced once. The service department seemed not have a clue about it. Finally one young man after much talk and debate tried his phones cord and it worked. It will still not hook up by bluetooth, and my research has revealed that this is a common problem. I think Hondas reputation as a first rate car company is a little overstated. These day and times problems such as this should have been corrected by the manufacturer. I purchased a new Nissan truck a couple months ago and the system worked flawless in it I have the feeling that they were well aware of this problem all along didn't want to admit it. If I hadn't got a little adamant about getting something done, I still wouldn't have been able to get the system partially working! This is not good service and I blame Honda for not caring enough to get the bugs worked out of this system.

I love this car. It has every possible option, drives great & is very comfortable & roomy. I wish the gas milage was a little better but my BIG issue with this model is where Honda put the indicator lights for the blind spot monitoring. It should be put back in the side mirrors. This is a big big mistake Honda!!!
    • Awesome in all aspects except 1

Love the car, space, function, and reliability. I love everything about this car except one aspect. There are manual shift controls on the steering wheel- it is far too easy to hit one of those buttons while youre driving. I have almost wrecked twice by accidentally hitting one at 75 mph. Im honestly surprised I didn't wreck or blow up the engine. I HATE this feature.
